Bill Sublette has practiced law for more than twenty years in Central Florida, focusing on the general civil litigation needs of his clients, with an emphasis on personal injury, wrongful death, and malpractice claims. He also handles ERISA benefit claims, first party insurance claims, general commercial litigation and breach of contract claims. In addition to representing wrongfully injured persons, Bill's clients include investors, developers, homebuilders, entrepreneurs and local corporate entities. With eight years of experience as a member of the Florida House of Representatives, Mr. Sublette also lobbies local, State and federal government entities for select clients.






Approximately half of our clients are referrals from friends and former clients. The other half are referred to us by various attorneys throughout Florida and the United States.
